Our staff will:

1. Only return to work if they are clear of any symptoms

2. Wear masks

3. Respect social distancing measures

4. Wash their hands regularly

 

Our respondents will be asked to:

1. Arrive at different times whenever possible

2. Wash their hands using supplied hand sanitizing gel on arrival

3. Wear supplied masks in the common areas

4. Dispose of their mask in a disposable bag on leaving the premises

5. Follow staff instructions on where to sit (reception areas will be re designed so as to comply with social distancing measures)

6. Bring their own pen if possible

7. If they were recruited by our team, confirm, the day before the research, that they have not, as far as they know, come into contact with someone infected and/ or are not displaying any symptom of Covid-19

 

Our clients will be asked to:

1. Arrive at different times whenever possible

2. Wash their hands using supplied hand sanitizing gel on arrival

3. Wear supplied masks in the common areas

4. Dispose of their mask in a disposable bag on leaving the premises

5. Confirm if respondents will be asked to wear masks during the interview/group

6. Confirm, the day before the research, that they have not, as far as they know, come into contact with someone infected and/ or are not displaying any symptom of Covid-19

Other measures:

1. If you should require a boardroom set up, we will only be able to accommodate 5 respondents and a moderator

2. If you should need up to 8 respondents to attend + a moderator, tables and seating arrangements will be changed to comply with social distancing measures

3. Please allow up to 30 minute in between sessions in order to allow time for cleaning chairs, tables and door handles

4. We are limiting the number of viewing clients to 3

5. All dishware, glassware and utensils will be disposable and only the required amount will be put out
